Terry Walker - Professional Caddie for Andrew Landry, PGA TOUR Golf Professional

While most would not think that a professional caddie needs to be physically fit to perform their job, I would ask you to reconsider your position.  On average, a tour bag weighs 44 pounds and it can exceed 60 pounds after a good storm.  A caddie must carry the bag approximately 8 miles each day, six or seven days per week.

Darryl customized a fitness program focused on flexibility, conditioning, and the strengthening of specific muscles and/or muscle groups to improve my performance on the course and that has allowed me to achieve a childhood dream, to caddy on the PGA Tour.

From 0 to Triathlon Hero

A few months ago, my client, Michael, informed me that he was going to compete in his first triathlon along with his brother Rob. Naturally, I was excited and was ready modify his workout routine to optimize his sports specific training. We did strength training once per week, emphasizing strength endurance and total body movements.

Laura - Darryl helped get me Down from a Size 8 to a Size 2

Stepping on the scale doesn’t bother me like it used to.  I know I am where I need to be by the way my clothes fit (I have gone from a size 8 to a size 2), and by the way I feel ( I no longer wake up achy and feeling older than I am).  Using exercise equipment is no longer intimidating because Darryl has taught me how to use it!

Chris Walker - Former Speed Golf World Champion

Chris' biggest accomplishment of his golf career was winning the inaugural Speed Golf World Championship in 2012. Golf already requires flexibility, strength, power, muscle balance, and postural stability, but having to get through 18 holes add a dramatically increased cardiovascular component as well.
